Radio Emergency Associated Communications Teams are volunteers who are organized internationally and use twoway radios to provide public service communications for travelers and their local communities.

The Texas State REACT Council currently has member teams in 13 counties of Texas, including all the major cities like Dallas/Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin, and many other communities in between.
