Synopsis: The Texas District encourages each of its congregations/schools to seriously consider providing it's called workers with a dedicated and extended time away from his/her ministry on a regular basis for spiritual, emotional, cognitive and physical renewal. The attached Guidelines for planning a Sabbatical will assist in that process.
